Suspected Video driver conflicts causing BSOD or hard crash

It doesn't always blue screen, some times during a video it freezes and the audio skips, or the screen will look as if my LCD was broken or pixelated while also frozen, or it will just go back and restart. When it does freeze i notice that my H-DISC light is lit up, not blinking but constant on. This build never ran strong from the get go, but i ran with it :/ thank you ahead of time

    TRIED:
    • Uninstalling video drivers
    • swaping ram
    • removing overclock
    • bios set to defaults
    • uninstalling AMD CCC
    • uninstalled AMD Fusion

    PC SPECS:
    • 450w psu
    • 2gig low latency ram (not their fault)
    • western digital caviar blue HDD
    • AMD Atholon II x2 black edition
    • rosewill wireless card (problem existed before this, everything isn't rosewills fault XD)
    • ASRock A785GHX/128M motherboard

Ive got a few bucks and am thinking about Swaping MoBo's but dont want to :/
