BSOD and spotanious powerloss when playing SWTOR

    Hey.

Recently my computer has started to spontaneously turn off when playing SWTOR. I have also had two of my first EVER BSOD on this computer.

Can someone help me look at the log at help determine where the error lies?

    Log attached.

You will need to upload and configure a Kernel Memory dump, in order to fully debug a Stop 0x101, once a Kernel Memory dump has been configured, then upload the file to a free file sharing site such as Skydrive and Dropbox. Place the file within the Public folder of your account, and then post the URL to the file in your next post.

In the meantime, please follow these steps:

    Remove:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Norton
Norton is known to cause problems, please remove the program completely with the Norton Removal Tool, and then install and run full scans with these free and proven alternatives which work best with the operating system, due to their compatibility and lightweight nature on system resources.

Install and perform full scans with:

Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system

    Hi.

So far i have done all of the above. Summary:
Bios updated. (From F11 to F13)
    Norton removal completed.
Bios setting set to standard optimized settings.
Intel drivers updated to the latest available from Gigabyte (Mainboard manufacture)

The Kernel dump was configured, so i will have to wait until next BSOD to do a new dump updated.

For the time being....Thanks for the respons so far. Much appreciated.

    Well....Next powerdown happened this morning.

    Here are the latest logs.

    Memorydump here: https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resi...A6B0FBE04A!625

Question: Could this have any relation to my power supply, and if so, how do i check it?

Downloading the file now, and to check the PSU, try this:

Boot into the BIOS, it should be the Del key for Gigabyte motherboards, keep tapping the Del before the "Starting Windows" screen appears, and then post the voltages for the 3.3V, 5V and 12V rails.

Download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

    • Double click to open it.
    • Click this button only:
    • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.
Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Alcohol 52% uses a driver called sptd.sys, which is known to cause BSODs with Windows 7. It is recommend you remove this program, and use Windows own in-built features or ImgBurn.
