Please uninstall Daemon tools as it is well known for BSOD.
Start > click on Computer > Uninstall or change a program > choose Daemon tools. Reboot.
Once uninstalled please go here and remove the SPTD driver itself with this tool:

DuplexSecure - Downloads

   Warning

If the uninstall button is grayed out when you run the program you dont need to do anything and can close the window, if it is not click it and allow it to run. DO NOT click the install button as it will install a driver known to cause BSODs onto your system.

Otherwise, go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers, look for and delete SPTD.sys manually. Reboot


Please update your Nvidia Driver to the latest version:

1. Download latest Nvidia Driver, choosing Option 2: Nividia Driver Download
2. Goto Start> Type: Device Manager
3. Expand Display Adapters
4. Right-Click "Driver Name", and Uninstall
5. Reboot your computer
6. Run Driver Sweeper
7. Reboot again
8. Install Downloaded Nividia Driver

Use Driver Sweerper to scan for any left over files from the old driver:

Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling

Please create a system restore point before commencing.

If your Nividia drivers are up-to-date, then roll back your driver
to the previous version:

Also ensure you have all the latest Windows Updates installed.

Hi,

Firstly I notice a few programs that need removing:

Alchohol 120% - can cause issues, recommend to uninstall.

Anti-Virus:

You have AVG installed and Avast at the same time, running two AV programs at the
same time will cause isses:

Remove Avast: avast! Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for avast! Removal
Remove AVG: Download tools and utilities | AVG UK

As an alternative please install:

Microsoft Security Essentials.

Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antiviruses/internet security software.

   Note

Once downloaded, update and run a full system scan

As you have updated this driver last time around, I would suggest installing this
known stable driver as a test:

1. Download and install Driver Fusion.
2. Reboot the computer in Advanced Boot Options, safe mode.
3. Search Driver Fusion in your start menu, and remove all components of your nVidia display driver.
4. If it says the free version of Driver Fusion cannot remove all the elements, stop there and follow:
Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
5. Boot normally now. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Drivers > Beta and Legacy;
6. Search there with your cards particulars for GeForce 306.23 Driver, dated 13.9.2012 and install it.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark:

Monitor temperature of the system during the tests with hwmonitor

I would aslo suggest to Free up the startup/Disable Startup Programs:

Click on the Start button
Type msconfig click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
Select the “Startup” tab.
Deselect all items other than the antivirus. (and essential programs)
Apply > OK
Click the "Services" tab, click the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box, then click Disable All.
Click OK, then restart the computer.

   Note

If there are any essential programs needed at start up then leave them enabled

Post back any results/observations.

Your latest crash was Nvidia and Intel Graphics drivers.

Run the Intel Update Utility and check for a newer version for your Intel HD 300 Graphics drivers.

You need to follow all of post #6 and remove those Anti-virus programs and install MSE.

Did you install the stable NVidia driver?
What was the outcome of the Stress test?
