Luke, if you want to continue with Kaspersky, you are totally free to do it :)

I just analyzed and interpreted your crash dump (recorded by the computer itself) , and suggested based on it. Nothing more :)

At the end of the day, it is your computer, and you are to decide what will be there and what will not be. At a maximum, Kaspersky may give you some BSODs. You have to accept those.

Sorry Arc, I didn't even realize there was another page. I just meant that It's weird because it decided not to BSOD today, the day I made this thread.

I did everything you said except for the start up things and I got SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD and I also got the windows has detected a problem... I've attached the same as last time and a screenshot of the startup programs as well because I don't know if any are important.

    Thanks again, Luke

As I have stated earlier, none of the startup entries are important other than MSE.

The zip contains no BSOD dump. If it continues to BSOD after cleaning up startup entries, let us know.

First of all, Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs only.

Next, search for any possible update to Killer e2200 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20) from http://www.killergaming.com/support/...ad_type=1&os=7 , pay attention to the notes there.

And make it sure that the Samsung 840 SSD is running with the up-to-date firmware.

    Let us know the results.

I'm still getting BSODs and this is really starting to piss me off! And I don't know what to do with the Samsung firmware update or how to check it. They have jack shit instructions. Diagnostic files are attached.

I really do appreciate your help, please do not think my frustration is towards you guys cause it's not.

    Thanks again, Luke

Luke, first let us know ... have you tried the virus scans? If so ... what is the results? And, have you updated the Killer driver?

And, firmware update is not that hard that you are expressing. Look at the video ... the F/W Update part .......

Let us know about those. Cause if you dont take the suggestions, and dont feedback properly, no bugchecking will be able to help you. I feel your frustration, but those are to be done to overcome the issue.
