    Windows 7 hangs during games

So I've been recently reinstalled and formated both my drives and installed a new Windows 7 with the new graphics card I bought (PowerColor PCS+ HD7950 3GB GDDR5 Boost State)
And when I am playing games like CoD:Mw3 and League Of Legends, my pc freezes, goes black and then refreshes after about 20 seconds.
When I get back to the game from having the freeze I check the Event viewer log and find the error which says:
"Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered."

Can somebody here at this lovely forum help me?
I have attached a zip file as the forum told me to do. (Using the Windows Seven Forums Diagnostic Tool)

Unfortunately, your installation is counterfeit, you appear to have a OEM_SLP key on a retail motherboard, please format and install with a genuine key.

So the problem is the OS installation? Nothing more?

It's a possibility, and also against forum rules.
