Blue Screen Error on Windows 7 Home Premium x 64

    Hello ,

2 months ago i change my CPU , MotherBoard and my RAM . When i try to play a game after approximately 5-20 minutes a bluescreen will show up . So i googled to find a solution to my problem and i was suggested to use SF_Diagnostic in order to find the "problems". I would really need some help over here cause i spended almost 600 $ and i've started to believe that i just lost 600 $ from my wallet .

    Hello NickFil.

You are facing stop 0x124 BSOD, which is mainly a hardware level error.

In that situation, better you dont virtualize hardware. Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known BSOD causer. Uninstall Daemon Tools at first. Then download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

    • Double click to open it.
    • Click this button only:
    • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.

Are you overclocking? As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings. Also set the BIOS to default, too.
