BSOD usually occurs after opening new website

I have an intermittent problem where I get a blue screen of death shortly after opening an new webpage. There is no consistency between webpages and the problem occurs when using Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. I recently reformatted and I still get the error. The Following is the error message I get after the computer restarts:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1e
    BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005
    BCP2: FFFFF80002D86BBA
    BCP3: 0000000000000001
    BCP4: 0000000000000018
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

I've also attached the files that windows says may help troubleshoot, but I've got no idea how to view the files.

    Instructions completed.

Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs only.
