BSOD Random 0x0000001E Stop

I have been experiencing this BSOD on a regular basis since 7/25/2013. I tried an older restore point, I ran DriverHub and update all drivers and my Windows Update are all current. Can not solve. Under the BSOD Stop error technical information it references a qwdf64.sys address FFFFF88002D8A69A base at FFFFF88002D87000, FFDB21. I have attached my "grab all" files folder from my SF Diagnostic Tool. Any help to fix this is greatly appreciated.

Hello tech514. What you have described is true ... the BSOD is caused by Qustodio PassThrough Filter Driver.

Update it from Qustodio Download

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.
  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
Let us know the situation after doing those changes.
