BSOD problem, to do with ntoskrnl.exe

I am new to this forum and am not very computer savvy. I started having problems with BSOD on my PC last week. It became so frequent that I decided to backup my files and do a system restore in hopes that this would get rid of the problem.

This was not the case however and I am still having BSOD problems, at first I had this problem when running multiple applications, like having mozilla and skype open at the same time, but if I leave my PC on longer the crashes become more frequent, so that even opening up mozilla or chrome can cause it to crash.

I ran a bluescreen viewer report after a couple of the crashes and each time it showed that the problem was with ntoskrnl.exeI've attached the SF diagnostics file. I'd be grateful for any help or advice.

I am also having problems with doing windows updates, everytime I try it says that configuration has failed, not sure if this is related or a different issue.
