BSOD 0x00000050 Not sure what the problem is

Recently, my mom's laptop has been getting a BSOD on startup. Whenever I turn the laptop on, it goes to the BSOD and restarts. I can't even get into safe mode. I ran a memory test, but it said there were no problems found. Here's essentially what I see on the BSOD:

    STOP: 0x00000050 (0xFFFFFA7FFAED256A, 0X0000000000000000, 0XFFFFF88001BBF301, 0X00000000000000007)

    fbfmon.sys - Address FFFFF88001BBF301 base at FFFFF88001BBA000, DatestAmp 4cecddf1

I don't know too much about the laptop, aside from the fact that it is a Lenovo. If you need any more information, I'd be glad to give it to you, as long as you tell me what you need and how to get it.
    Thanks.

I'm sorry, I'm not very good with this. How do I go about doing that? I can't access my desktop or anything like that, even in safe mode. I saw the page with the diagnostics tool, but I'm not quite sure how to use it, as I can't really do much.

When I try, it brings me to the same BSOD. There isn't much of a difference when I try safe mode. Does that mean it's some kind of hardware issue?

Yes I do. I'm using a different laptop right now, so what should I do with the USB drive?

Thanks, I'll give this a try. Just one more thing, though. Is there a way to tell whether the laptop is a 32 or 64 bit? My mom says she isn't sure which it is, either.
