BSOD randomly during Minecraft and Internet Browsing. error0x000000124

My computer has been blue screening and from what I can decipher, its from a hardware issue. I can't figure out which piece and after stress testing them individually and not getting a BSOD, I don't know what to do.

Unfortunately you're using and OEM_SLP key on a retail motherboard.
Please format and activate Windows using a genuine product key.
