BSOD randomly happening past few days. Attached Zip file

My computer has been randomly restarting with no actual "bluescreen" (no rhyme or reason, just doing normal activities such as word, Google Chrome, etc) and then getting this at startup.

Locale ID: 1033

I followed the posting instructions, I am not sure what is going on. I just updated all the drivers I could find and checked the cpu temperatures. Any help would be great.

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint. Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress. Norton is a frequent cause of bsods.

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

SO after a few days I installed an update from Microsoft(An update is available for computers that have an AMD FX, AMD Opteron 4200, AMD Opteron 6200, or AMD Bulldozer series processor installed and that are running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2) because it seemed my AMD Bulldozer processor was the cause. I managed to back up all my data, but then I started BSOD on every startup. I couldn't even make it into safe mode. I decided to do a clean install of Windows, since I had everything backed up. I got to "Expanding Files" and then it restarts at that spot everytime! Now, I don't have a safe mode option since it dies through install. I have tried Ubuntu from a USB and it reboots mid-install as well. I am attaching the BSOD that I get. I have checked CPU temps, memory checks, hard disk checks, all fine..... Any suggestions what I should do?

I can't get to any startup or anything to get that far.

I can get to Hiren's Boot Cd, but I still get BSOD upon Windows 8,7, or Linux install. Power supply, memory, and hard disk all have been checked. Idk what else to do. I don't have a spare CPU to try and see since it said Authentic AMD was the problem.
