    Well i tried another usb mouse and ps/2 mouse as well as two other key boards one being a ps/2 plug as well still nothing.

    Just a to clarify, PS/2 is not plug and play you need to plug it in when the PC is turned off.
    Do you have control of the PC while booting, i.e. in the BIOS?

    I have no way to do a system restore. I have no disc and i can not click or type.


    Edit: And i have shut the computer down doesnt that delete restore points?

    I just remembered the f8 menue shows the recovery option and windows had a critcal update 2 days ago im trying that restore point hopefully it fixes it

    Big problem uhhh huh haha. I tried the system restore but i get an error message (0x800700b7) which apparently has to do with the virus protection tampering settings with kespersky which i thought was gone.
