    BSOD Various Errors

    Hi,

Have been getting random BSOD's over the past 6-8 weeks, frequency varies, normally about one every 6-10 days, but I have had 3 in 1 week before.

The mainly occur when I'm shutting down my computer & going to bed, but they have also occurred whilst playing League of Legends, Civ 5 & Dark Souls.

There have been more that occurred but no dumps were created & I lost the photos I took on my phone.

But one I recall was a Memory_Management, not sure if anything can be done with that little info.

See attached the results from the SF Diag Tool.

    Thanks in advance :)

Please upload a new instance of the .zip generated by the SFDT, some files are missing.

Also try to update your Asmedia XHCI (USB3) drivers and firmware. (Yours is ASM1042)

    Station-Drivers - Asmedia

    Let us know the results.

EDIT 1: Updated the driver, link to most recent controller is down (Version 120816-02-02-06D (V3)), should I install the V2?

EDIT 2: Did some browsing & found the controller firmware.

Yes, you may get the V2. Your controllers are of 2011, so that one will be an update somehow.

Also update XBOX USB wireless controller, from Software Downloads | Microsoft Hardware

And, Disable USB Selective Suspend too.

I can't uninstall the driver to reinstall it (won't let me install as I already have it installed) & Microsoft's troubleshoot is unfortunately no help.

OK, now observe the situation. Let us know how it goes.

The version of XBOX controller you have installed is troublesome. If it causes any further issue, some further troubleshooting will be needed.
