BSOD playing any game over a random period of time

This is my first time ever posting, I am sorry i didn't write down the error code normally i would just Google it and search in the dark until i find some help, This happen at random times my sound would get screwed and my screen would go black with BF3 and then BSOD, for lineage 2 the sound would get screwed and the game would crash and get all hay wire, and all my applications will crash and refuse to start until i reboot. I upload a zip file with the crash dump and everything else
