BSOD playing Battlefield 3 and other games, Kernel-Power error 41

Hello, I have a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate x64, but I had this problem before. Basically, after 20-30 minutes of playing, I get BSOD (minidump attached).

    Specs:
    MB: ASUS P5K SE/EPU
    CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600@ 2.40GHz
    RAM: 6 Gb (2x A-data 2Gb and 2x Kingston 1Gb)
PSU: Corsair 650W (Don't remember the model, if asked, I will find out)
    GPU: MSI 560Ti HAWX

The only new thing in my PC is the GPU, all other hardware is at least 5 years old. Can you help me? Thank you in advance

I gave it to a local software vendor for a format, I don't know where did he take his copy of Windows 7 from.

He used a loader to activate your computer illegally - in short, your license was counterfeit.

It's against forum rules to help anyone with non-genuine software.
