BSOD while installing Star Citizen IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ntoskrnl.exe

I have come here quite often to figure out problems, but this the first time I've needed to create a profile to seek help.

As the title states this issue has only happened while Star Citizen is updating and applying patches. I've recreated the issue twice. I ran sfc /scannow three times which none of them detected any errors. I also have ran memtest a few months back for several passes which also detected zero errors. I have ran Intel burn test for over 10 passes without issue. I have ran chkdsk multiple times on both my ssd where my os resides and my raid for storage without errors.

I believe I have all the necessary files within the zip both the dumps and texts files. Any assistance will be appreciated.

I would recommend investing in a genuine Windows 7 installation - its not possible for an ASUS OEM to report as genuine on a retail system such as yours, unless an activation crack has been employed.

The files used to generate this crack could be the cause of the issues, or mask the cause of the problems, so the best course of action is formatting and reinstalling genuine Windows 7.

I didn't build this myself. A friend did for me so it doesn't surprise me that he used a cracked os. However, are you sure that is the issue? I can fix the os issue, but I just want to be sure thats whats at fault.

Unfortunately its not possible to tell with any certainty until we can be sure the cracks aren't the issue.
