Windows 7: BSOD while trying to load Mstar SG using Garena Messenger

BSOD while trying to load Mstar SG using Garena Messenger

This might be the 2nd time I saw the BSOD. But this is the 5th time I reformatted and installe Win7 clean on my PC.

The primary cause of the breakdown was the frequent power outage in my area. I don't have a UPS so it's really a pain for me to always reinstall Windows almost daily.

Now, I was trying to run a game, named Mstar SG. While it was starting, the Garena Messenger hanged and then Windows Explorer hanged next. Even if I press CTRL-ALT-DELETE and tried to restart the PC, it won't so I have no other choice but to force shutdown using the power button or reset button on my CPU.

Can you please help me how to fix this? And please pin-point too, as to what part of my PC was having a problem? At first, I suspected my Hard drive but I am still unsure if it was.

After the BSOD, I got the following info:

Problem signature:

  OS Version:	6.1.7600.
