Your Kaspersky Network filtering component driver seems to be causing problems, please remove the associated program using the Kaspersky Removal Tool.

Specifically, the bugcheck indicates that the driver has attempted to expand the stack in a unsupported manner, even though KeExpandKernelStackAndCalloutEx was called, maybe the Wait parameter wasn't set to false, and the function was then called. This routine may only be called at IRQL Level 2, if the Wait parameter is false.

    Code:
    2: kd> !irql
    Debugger saved IRQL for processor 0x2 -- 2 (DISPATCH_LEVEL)

    Code:

The drivers are present on your system, so it must have been bundled with a download from somewhere.

    Code:
    BugCheck 1E, {0, 0, 0, 0}

    Probably caused by : iusb3xhc.sys ( iusb3xhc+524eb )
    Code:
    fffff80000b9c508 -- (.exr 0xfffff80000b9c508)
    ExceptionAddress: fffff800032a6224 (nt!MmUnlockPages+0x00000000000003b4)
       ExceptionCode: c0000005 (Access violation)
      ExceptionFlags: 00000000
    NumberParameters: 2
       Parameter[0]: 0000000000000000
       Parameter[1]: ffffffffffffffff
Attempt to read from address ffffffffffffffff
It seems the nt!MmUnlockPages function call has caused a access violation, the function call is used to unlock the physical pages described a MDL (Memory Descriptor List). The function call takes one parameter which is a pointer to the MDL. I believe the driver has unlocked pages which do not belong to it, there's no evidence within the raw stack or the call stack to suggest that the physical pages were locked to begin with.

    Code:
    0: kd> lmvm iusb3xhc
    start end module name

A simple bugcheck here, a driver has referenced a non-paged pool page, and then attempted to cause a page fault within it at IRQL Level 2.

    Code:
    0: kd> lmvm Rt64win7
