Ok, ran that program and here is what it produced.....not really sure what it means though.

I'm not sure either, I didn't need the log anyhow, is Kaspersky uninstalled now?

I don't recall ever installing Kaspersky, but I don't see it anywhere.

It seems the nt!MmUnlockPages function call has caused a access violation, the function call is used to unlock the physical pages described a MDL (Memory Descriptor List). The function call takes one parameter which is a pointer to the MDL. I believe the driver has unlocked pages which do not belong to it, there's no evidence within the raw stack or the call stack to suggest that the physical pages were locked to begin with.
