    Another BSOD ntoskrnl.exe

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forums, looking to see if anyone can assist me with my BSOD problem.

I'm enclosing a zip file with everything I grabbed using the SF diagnostic tool.
If there's any information I can give you to help with the situation, i'll do my best.
    Thank you all! :)

Shaunmcdee, Bumping the thread only works at your disadvantage as it makes it look active as if you're being assisted already.

I'ts against the forums rules as well.

    2) No useless posts, e.g., thread bumping, useless one liners, junk posting to increase post count, and identical multi-postings in different forums.

There seems to be an issue with your Windows activation, please follow the tutorial linked below.

You may have solved the immediate problem - but you have a much more serious one.

Your installation is counterfeit - an ASUS OEM_SLP Key on a retail MSI motherboard.

You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key.

    Thank you for the reply!

I had purchased this pc off craigslist, the gentleman who sold it to me assured me it was a genuine key when I bought it. I was of course skeptical, but when I had checked in system, all looked well as genuine key, alongside the MSI logo. So I thought nothing of it until YoYo made a comment about my windows having activation issues. I googled much of the diagnostic report only to find out indeed I was conned. (Shouldn't have been surprised really) Anywho, upon finding this out I ordered a builders copy of windows 8 off newegg. Should be here within 3 days. Thank you very much for you help and concern! :)

TLDR: Windows not valid? Nooooo... Oh crap they're right! Newegg purchase Win8. 3 days, I can live with that! -Dances with pc until win8 gets here-
