BSOD; occurs seemingly randomly; Error 0x00000124

    Hi,

I woke up today to my computer, which I leave running because I host some stuff - with the attached blue-screen.
It had been sitting on that screen for however long, while I was asleep - and I waited a few minutes after waking up.
I understand that 0x00..124 is either hardware, or driver related?

Furthermore, on occasion, while watching videos, or listening to music, my computer just freezes, and the sound is left skipping; to which the only solution is to hold down the power-button, because the keyboard, mouse, and even the reset button, don't work.

I'd like to know what's causing my issues.

    Thank you,
    Dubix.

Edit: I ran Prime95 for four hours, on both small and large FTTs as well as on Blend (1hr on each) - with nothing happening.
Edit: I ran FurMark for a while, with no artifacting, etc.

I'm in the process of copying my userfiles over to another hard drive to re-install Windows.
