As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings. Also set the BIOS to default, too.

At the same time, The BIOS is old, too.

Upload a snapshot Using Speccy.

• Download and install Speccy.
• File> Save snapshot.
• Save it on desktop.

3+ years are some age for the hardware. As an old man should not be burdened by workload, it is the same for the old machine. Dont force it too much.

And it would have been better if you let us know th temps by supplying us the speccy snapshot :)

Do the following:

• Make it sure that there is no disc present in the CD/DVD ROM.
• Enter into BIOS and change the boot order to the SSD first, the Crucial64 GB RealSSD one.
  About the SSD, do some more things.
  
  • Make it sure that it is running with the up-tp-date firmware. Crucial.com Product Downloads - Firmware Updates
  • Check it with SSDLife.
  • Its very low at the free space. Which may cause the issue rightly
    
    No code has to be inserted here.
    
    Salvage some space. At least, disable Hibernate right now.
• Make it sure that all the SATA/Power cables are properly connected.
• If still it is the same, there will be no other way than disabling Intel Rapid Storage (and Intel Smart Response) and Marvell Raid Console in the BIOS. Not suggesting it as the first option, coz disabling those may make the system unbootable, and then some clean re-install may be needed.
  

Apparently the computer seems to be bit of hot. If you re-apply the thermal paste to the CPU, it will be good.
