    Hi sydjunaidshah,

File you have uploaded is still old and shows the last crash happened on the system on 03/09/2013. If the crash happened after this date as well then kindly upload the recent file.

Also, regarding the hibernation issue please remove both the video drivers from the system and then restart.

Once system is restarted kindly update both of the drivers from the link below:

    Intel

    AMD

Also, it seems chipset driver is not loaded properly on the system. Kindly post a screenshot of the device manager. Check this link if you need help:

Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.

as you said that I've updated teh driver AMD and Intel from the link you provided but these errors are appeared..first of all when i tried to install Intel driver (NOW) its shows me that minimum requirement is missing Attachment 285606and also when i restarted the sytem with amd installed you can see the DEVICE MANAGER that shows yellow icon on AMD ..Attachment 285605

We need to get a broader view of the system, Please provide all the files the SFDT generates, even if that means
letting the process run for 30 minutes or more until the collecting of the files is complete.
I ask this because, again no new dumps were created or uploaded.

    Hi sydjunaidshah,

It should be able to update the drivers on the system. As I have confirmed model number for your video cards from the msinfo32 file uploaded by you.

Please create a different username and then try to update the same and let us know the results:

    User Account - Create

Also, make sure that you select grab all and then upload the zipped file:

Kindly update your system specs here by following this.

Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.
