Sir the link provided by u for intel rivers are not compatible Attachment 285679 I think the right one is Video_Driver_3WKM7_WN_8.933.3.4000_A04 that was i using previously ..
    Hi sydjunaidshah,

Please try this different link for downloading and updating video drivers:

    Intel

Also, I believe you are using 64 bit of operating system as defined by your system specifications. Did you manage to create a new user account and check if it installs the video driver correctly there.

Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.

hi Sir now I've Installed AMD AND INTEL driver that was given by shopkeeper ,Video_AMD_W7_A00_Setup-9G05N_ZPE .. then now there is no problem in Device manager Attachment 285872 and and at this time my file is Attachment 285873 ... after it I PRESS AGAIN the HIBERNATE ..and this error occurred and after this error i again create new file Attachment 285875 ..

Kindly Review BOTH sydjunaidshah 4 ,and sydjunaidshah 5 it will defiantly identify that problem

    Hi,

    Please update,

Run a scan of TDSSKiller and post back with the log file created either in the C:\ partition or the directory you launched the software from.

    Hi sydjunaidshah,

Kindly update the touch-pad drivers as stated by YoYo155. Also, did you manage to create a new username and check if the issue persists there as well.

Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.
