BSOD when putting Dell Latitude 6430u into sleep or hibernate
Hi,
I have a brand new Dell Latitude 6430u running windows 7 professional 64 bit. About 1/3 of the time that the computer goes into sleep or hibernate, it doesn't "wake up" and I get a restart of windows with an error message that looks something like this.
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
Locale ID: 1033
Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 9f
BCP1: 0000000000000003
BCP2: FFFFFA8006880060
BCP3: FFFFF80000B9C3D8
BCP4: FFFFFA80181DB010
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 256_1
I have updated many of the drivers (video, audio, touchpad) and the bios from dell's web site.
Using the program BlueScreenView the driver listed again and again is ntoskrnl.exe.
I have run PC Doctor to thoroughly check the hardware especially the memory and hard drive and all comes out clean.
I am attaching the minidumps.
It is really frustrating to have this problem with a new machine so any help is really appreciated.
Thanks,
Joe
