    Random BSOD while browsing

Sadly, I have another BSOD to report: from my own PC!

Can't say I have ever had one in the 2 years I have worked here, so I'm curious as to why now since I keep my own PC pretty tight. Files are attached...thanks ahead of time.

Kaskpersky tends to cause BSOD;s. Please uninstall it.
Microsoft Security Essentials & the Free version of Malwarebytes, update and make full scans separately:

       Note
Do not start the trial version of MalwareBytes
You may also take a look at:

    ------------------------
Reduce the start-up items, Antivirus software is basically whats required.

    ------------------------
Daemon Tools (also Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although we have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions). Please uninstall Daemon Tools.

    As an alternative:

    ------------------------
Make scans with these tools -

    ------------------------
Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
    • Click on the
    • Type CMD on Search
    • Left click and Run as Administrator
    • Type SFC /scannow - read here

Run Disk Check on your Hard Drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it - read here

    Hi Koolkat,

While I did remove Daemon Tools and tweaked my Start-up processes, Kaspersky cannot be removed as it is the Endpoint software our company uses. I also performed a CHKDSK overnight and a SFC / scannow, which came up as normal after the scan.

Are you certain Kaspersky had something to do with it?

    Hello,

I seem to get the BSOD (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL). I used the Driver Verifier, selecting all non-Microsoft Drivers. After restarting, no BSOD came up so I don't think it's the drivers.

Here is the recent .DMP file + other files. Thank you.

ITsavvy, there were some network issues in your earlier crash dump.
    Code:
    fffff800`05025a30 fffff880`01f7d668 tcpip!LruContext+0x468
    fffff800`05025a38 fffff880`01f87930 tcpip!gTupleState+0x4b0
    fffff800`05025a40 fffff880`01cfc2b0 NETIO!WfpSysTimerCallback
    fffff800`05025ab0 fffff880`04283be0 HTTP!g_TimeoutMonitorDpc
If you are ITsavvy, you must know that we need to try to reduce load on network on that case, and so not using the third party network filters would be an worthy try? :) That is why you were suggested to uninstall Kaspersky.

Well, you have a ground to not uninstall Kaspersky, but what about Daemon Tools? You will never get a system stable for long run with Daemon Tools present there.

And what about that long list of startup entries?

Update ShoreTel Desktop Sharing Accelerator. Update Realtek HD audio driver from Realtek

When all done, upload your MSINFO32.nfo file, as we have to check what you have actually done.

    1. Click on the start button
    2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
    3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
    4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
    5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

    Hi Arc,

I realize that, but as I mentioned, that's what they use and I have to deal with it. I did take Kat's advice and removed Daemon Tools and now use MagicISO instead, but is it still popping up in that information I provided somehow?

I further tweaked my startup entries to the point that only items that are essential come up. I also updated ShoreTel and Realtek as well. All other suggestions that Kat mentioned have been performed as well. I did notice however in the MSINFO32 file that the ShoreTel Desktop Sharing Accelerator still does not start it seems.

Yes, it is still auto-starting with windows. Which leaves a certain question.
    Code:
DAEMON Tools Lite "c:\program files (x86)\daemon tools lite\dtlite.exe" -autorun Startup

NOTHING IS ESSENTIAL AT ALL, other than the antivirus. Not sure about ShoreTel.

That filepath no longer exists and I checked Startup; the entry is there but it is still toggled off, so the registry entry just needed to be removed.

That is what I was getting it. The only items still toggled on are: Kaspersky and Microsoft Windows Operating System.

Anyways, we'll see what happens from here. Thank you for you assistance.
