Do you happen to have an add-on Ethernet card?
If you do then you have your culprit most likely.Code:Product Type Qualcomm Atheros AR8151 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20)

no i do not i use the 1 thats on the mother board only 1 no other no ideal why it says pci-e but its the 1 that can't off on the 1 built in
Mother board specs: ASRock > 960GM-GS3 FX
I don't see any recent important updates on the download page: ASRock > 960GM-GS3 FX.
Mostly ASRock utilities (aka bloatware), not HW drivers.
I did notice that the Speccy report identified your graphics:
DELL 3220L [your monitor]
Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 (EVGA) [add on card identified in your specs]
and the ASRock specs state:
Graphics
- Integrated AMD Radeon 3000 graphics
- DX10 class iGPU, Pixel Shader 4.0
- Max. shared memory 512MB
- Supports D-Sub with max. resolution up to 2048x1536 @ 60Hz
I wonder if there is a conflict between the two?
You might try disabling the AMD Radeon in device manager to see if that alleviates the problem. If not then renable the AMD Radeon and disable the Nvidia GeForce. If that doens't solve the issue, renable the Nvidia card.
As Arc pointed out, your graphics card is hot at 66C.
the graphics i was told is suppose to run about 80c or the gtx 460 my bro has game card and bought a new headsink and fan for it to get under 58c his computer is the intel i7 second gen with 16gbs ram 2 tb hard drive i do not think its my vidoe card tho i can duel log wow and anarchy onliny with out bsod but when i surf the internet it bsods mainy on sites i have not been before
This is a long shot but it's best to put it out there.
Is the Ethernet cable a store bought cable or did someone made it themselves?
Can you predict when the bugcheck will happen, can you trigger it?
Sometimes (only under rare circumstances) Windows will throw false positives of 0x124
(which a hardware fault) when it's actually caused by software. Does the bugchecks happen when using
one browser and not the other?
well i have yet to try other bowers i use firefox and been useing it for years i could try a different 1 the lan cable is store bought.. when i go to display it only goes the gtx 460 i thought it auto it off and on
