Cheers! Can you make a note of what the cpu vcore is while running your stress test too please.

Here are my Values in BIOS, I will run Prime95 now and get the values for you in a bit.
I noticed in one of the pictures that my DRAM value didnt display. However, it is set to 1.650V and the number is highlights Yellow. So the camera didn't pick up the number on the right side.
Here are my CPU-Z screen shots during Prime95. Hope this is what you were asking for. Before running Prime95, my Core Voltage in CPU-Z displays 1.392V
Also note, that my FX-6100 is a Bulldozer.(if that matters).
Yeah that looks ok to me, Thanks! The colour of the txt will depend on the voltage applied which is explained in your motherboard manual. It will go yellow for a set range and when you pass a certain level which Asus class as very high it will turn red.
For now all you need to do is raise the cpu manual voltage by 2 increments from 1.4v and then run prime again for 10-20 mins. If it fails again then just raise it again by 1 or 2 increments.
Rinse and repeat.
Once it passes Prime without error then you can raise the cpu ratio and do the same over untill your reach an oc you are happy with and it's within the recomended temps. When you do reach the oc you are happy with you will need to run prime for a lot longer, ie: a few hours.
Untill you start changing the cpu base clock from 200 you will only need to change the Cpu ratio and Cpu vcore(Cpu manual voltage). Its just a lot of trial, error and testing.
You're welcome mate
If it passes 20 min's of Prime after raising the vcore then you can carry on rasing the multiplier, then voltage untill you reach a frequency you're happy with. With your cooler you should easilly be able to reach a frequency of 4.5-4.6Ghz
is it common to get to 4.5-4.6 with the fx6100 bulldozer?
Yes mate and beyond
My old 6100 did 4.5 easilly
Edit: I may not answer for a couple of hours as i help run an online gaming community and will be busy gaming for a while but i'll check back in later, About 10pm uk time.
