BSOD 0x00000124 error
Hi,
Below are my specs:
OS
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
CPU
Intel i5 3570k
Motherboard
ASRock Z77 Extreme 3
Memory
8GB DDR3 Kingston
Graphics Card
AMD Radeon 7850 HD
Hard Drives
Extreme SATA III Solid State Drive 240GB
This is a custom built PC, a few days ago while messing around with XBMC and Chrome, my computer suddenly froze up and BSOD with the above error message (0x00000124 ). I restarted and shortly after the restart, same thing happened. Restarted again, and it didn't even get to the desktop before it BSOD'ed. I left it overnight and the following morning all was fine.
This happened every night (I leave my computer on during the day), with the computer in general getting slower as it went on (leading me to believe it is the heat causing it to reset) before restarting with the error.
So same thing happened last night, it reset and I left it. When I came out I turned it on fresh, half an hour later while messing with XBMC again it crashed (note: it hasn't always crashed with XBMC, I just use this as a HTPC so I am generally on that more). It kind of confused me since it hadn't been on that long. Booting into safe mode wasn't an issue, and I ran the diagnostic test, which is attached.
I've opened it up, and right now, have everything but the lan, mouse and keyboard disconnected, and so far, so good, but its also kind of unpredictable as to if/when it will happen.
Advice?
