    Probably caused by : win32k.sys ( win32k!TimersProc+197 )
Again, this is caused by a similar issue, a driver has attempted to access paged pool at IRQL Level 2. Only non-paged pool is accessible here, and therefore a page fault will not be serviced and will count as a illegal instruction.

I would check for a chipset update, and a possible graphics driver update from the Intel Support Page - Intel® Driver Update Utility

so u are saying u can't find the drive that is making the problem
u know this is not a good solutions to turn off sleep and hibernate

also i don't use hibernate at all only automatic sleep when i am away from computer

can u suggest what to do other than verifier?

how we can solve this problem
I never said it was a bad idea, I suggested it was more of a work around, rather than a full solution to the problem.

if u understood what i mean!

i am helpless now i have only to pray for the creator to help me solving this problem.

as i said before the computer build is only 2 months still in warranty and i changed evreything.

now i want to change my microsoft wireless sett 2000 to the new set 3000

also was thinking on installing any vga card that could give me full block of memory instead of shared one for the vga.

i went to gigabyte download center
and found a new fresh Intel VGA Driver 4600
    2013/11/25 version 15.33.9.64.3355

i am installing and give it a try !

i also read this release note
    http://downloadmirror.intel.com/2340...FX_3345_64.pdf

    and look what i found

    ISSUES FIXED:

    1. Resolved issue when resuming from system sleep, sometimes external monitor is not turned on

    2. Resolved issue where Intel® Dynamic Refresh Rate Switching Technology (Intel® DRRS Technology) function would be lost after disabling the Intel Display power saving technology (Intel DPST) in the Graphics Control panel

    3. Resolved the Intel Display Audio upgrade failure while upgrading the graphics driver

    4. Resolved video black out while playing a content protected DVD

    5. Resolved the issue when sporadically external monitor is not turned on while resuming from Sleep

The Share Count refers to the number of PTE's which are referencing this physical page of memory, and since a process object has been terminated and removed, and all process address space and working set has been deallocated and freed. I believe the share count may have gone out of sync, and contains the incorrect number of references.

Run Memtest86+ for least 9-10 passes, and preferably overnight as it can take a while to fully complete.

Test each RAM stick individually, if an error is found then move the same RAM stick into the next DIMM slot and test again, if errors are found for the same RAM stick in every available slot then you have a faulty RAM module. On the other hand, if no errors are found in the next slot or the other slots for the same RAM module, then you have a faulty DIMM slot.

Test each RAM stick and every motherboard DIMM slot available.

    Arc said:
No code has to be inserted here. It is a RAM, a bad RAM.

But if you have got a result like that:
No code has to be inserted here. It is a motherboard issue. The particular slot is bad.

Why is working set size of that process so large? It's 661MB.

Do you have a Kernel Memory dump? It should be located in this folder:

    Code:
    C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
Please compress and then upload to in a zipped folder to SkyDrive.
