We are seeing a continuous race of display driver driven BSODs, over two of the latest versions; 320.49 WHQL and 327.23 WHQL.

Install the latest 314.20 only and see if it works there or not. As you havent posted your query following the BSOD posting instructions, we cannot evaluate if that suggested version works for your system or not. Still follow those steps below:

    • Uninstall All nvidia items in Control Panel > Programs and features
      • 3D Vision Control Driver
      • 3D Vision Driver
      • Graphics Driver
      • HD Audio Driver
      • PhysX
      • nvidia Update

(Are you using nvidia chipset drivers? If so, dont uninstall anything other than those are listed).
    • Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
    • Boot normally now. Go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Download 314.22 WHQL. While installing, Select Custom (Advanced) install. In the next page, follow this settings:

During this process, accept all the suggested restarts.

Let us know how it is going there.

    Your CPU ....
    Code:
      Processor Version Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz
      Processor Voltage 8ah - 1.0V
      External Clock 102MHz
      Max Speed 3800MHz
      Current Speed 3482MHz
Make it sure that it is being used at its default capacity. No over/underclocking.

How old the computer is? The BIOS date says ....
    Code:
    BiosReleaseDate = 07/16/2013
....... but that may be due to a BIOS update too. What is the temperature of the system at its normal level of activity? Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.

Want to see it, coz 78 degrees is not enough heat to make the CPU fail. Will take the final decision after seeing the Speccy Screenshot, and knowing the age of the computer.

The CPU is not overheating. Even not at the temperature level when it is crashing. So it may be said that the CPU itself is unstable.

As it is a new computer, the parts are rightly within warranty. Get the CPU replaced.
