Please care to follow the instructions and the two suggested tests .... memtest and seatools?

Seatools for windows is of limited capacity.

And you have to do memtest, too. So wait ... get blank CD at your next chance and proceed with the tests.

Irrespective of the test reports, what I can say you that the Windbg output revealed a very huge Disc error. If I had been in your place, I would have concentrated on RMA the HDD.

So for now, the main culprit for the BOSD is my HDD based on the dmp files right? I'll try to get cds tomorrow and get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for the assistance.

Update: I've bought the cds and am currently running Memtest, so far it has 2 passes. I tried the Seatools program but it didn't recognize my hard drive.

Update: memtest detected no errors after 8 tests.

    Thats good.

Suggested memtest, coz a failing RAM may yield all types of issues. Now we can concentrate on the HDD with absolute certainty.

I would say a replacement HDD will be the thing that you need right now.

Err so it is most likely the HDD right? I'll RMA it then. Thanks for the assistance, I'll update further when I get a new HDD.
