Error instaling bluetooth controller

I've bought a new headphones wireless with conection bluetooth, but my pc doesn't have bluetooth so bought a controller to conect them. Trying to install this controller, it stops and crash in the middle of it and can't go ahead. I'm submitting my error list. (sorry for my bad english, i wish you can understand me well enough :s)

have you installed the correct drivers?

That's the point, i can't finish a single intalation. It crushes before the finish, don't know why. Even a simple upgrade of windows update crushes.

whats the product that your trying to install.? can I suggest that you don't plug the item in until the drivers have been installed.
