Bsod while playing games. Error 0x000000d1

Blue Screen of Death has been a problem since i first got my PC a few years ago. Haven't been able to successfully remove it after trying everything other people have said but still hasn't fixed the problem. BSOD occurs for me while playing games and then just doesn't stop when trying to turn my PC back on. I have bluescreenview to show someone who is willing to help me resolve the problem to show them what the problem is because i honestly don't know what else i can do.

    Computer Specs
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz
    Memory: 8GB Ram
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series

Link shows bluescreenview program that detects the errors. Thanks for your concern

Network driver is failing ... but the driver is not old.

Try uninstalling AVG, at least as a test. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Update JMicron JMB36X Controller driver, from ftp://driver.jmicron.com.tw/SATA_Controller/Windows/.

    Let us know the results.
