    BSOD with many errors

Hi all I need some help on my laptop. I'm quite a noob on this so please pardon me!

My laptop is Compaq Presario CQ40-519TU Notebook PC, its around 3-4 years old.
I recently reformat my notebook as I face a lot BSOD while using it. But after reformatting I still face the BSOD problem .

I face BSOD while browsing the internet using IE or firefox. Previously before reformatting, I use chrome.
BSOD will happen every few minutes or sometimes will blackscreen or the screen will hang.
I don't use my laptop daily since BSOD happens every now and then...

Here are some of the error:

    In regards to Driver Max:
    • We do not recommend automated driver update software. It often finds drivers for devices similar to but not exactly the same as the hardware actually on the system. This can lead to conflicts and blue screen crashes. If you need help finding driver updates for a certain device, please start a thread in Drivers - Windows 7 Forums instead of using software. Driver updates are not always necessary and some updates can actually decrease system stability rather than increase it, so it is usually better not to update unless a device or its driver is causing problems with the system. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Avira is often a cause of BSOD's. Please remove it and use Microsoft Security Essentials with the Free version of Malwarebytes, update and make full scans separately:

Do not start the trial version of MalwareBytes

Hi, I did a system restore before reading your reply. I managed to get Microsoft security essentials running.

    I removed Avira and DriverMax.
Run a full scan with Microsoft Security Essentials - Pass
Quick Scan with malwarebytes Free - Pass
Done with clean startup in windows 7
Scan with TDSSKiller Rootkit Removal Utility - Pass
Scan with Online Virus Scanner Eset - Pass
Run SFC and Disk Check - Pass

    Attached Speccy and HWMonitor results:

    Attachment 288780

    Attachment 288781

I did a ram test run first but not yet done with Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure.

Attached Ram test results when my laptop is warm.
I will post another result when my laptop is cold.

    Attachment 288786

I'm not sure if I done correctly with the ram test, do I need to remove it and test individually?

I just did a SF Diagnostics test. Attach the file.

I am trying to do a Hard Drive Diagnostic but do not know how to proceed.
I download this file from WD Support / Downloads / Mobile & AV-25 / WD Blue
I burn to a blank cd but when I boot up using cd drive, it goes straight to windows.
    Is that a wrong software?

Ok I just update the Realtek driver to driver version: 7.12.1218.2009
I'm not sure if that's the latest driver for my laptop...

I managed to update the HP quick launch button and Alps pointing device through HP website.

But for the ENE consumer IR driver, I couldn't find any download it.

    Attached my new diagnostics result.
