BSOD after bootup - Seems to be in a loop

After the last Windows update which occurred while I was running REStore, the computer rebooted and went into a constant loop, failing to finish. I get a BSOD stating there is a "Non_Page_Error". I have tried to run Repair and Windows starts loading files and never finishes. I have then used a Windows 7 disc to try and boot, and when I try to run SFC \SCANNOW it starts, runs a little, then I get a message that I am already running a Repair and I need to stop and reboot, which then goes into the endless loop. I have run System Restore to a prior date and I get this error message every time:
"rstrui.exe - Application Error. The instruction at 0xFB1fca53 referenced memory at 0x07e571fb. The memory could not be read. I have even tried to run an Update as your page instructed but it won't work either. I have a Repair Disc but it is for 32bit and I'll have to find a 64bit machine to make one for this one I have, but I have no clue if that will work either. Apparantly REStore and/or WIndows Update removed something and I am unable to function!

    Hello :) .

What is the bugcheck codes (plural) you're getting?
    Are they consistent?

Follow this tutorial and select Disable Automatic Restart on System Failure that way it won't restart
right away and you can snap a picture of the BSOD.

    Upload it here.
