sapphire278, the BSOD that you supplied is caused by IObit Protected Folder (c:\program files (x86)\iobit\protected folder\pffilter.sys)
You should uninstall the program as a test at least.Code:******************************************************************************* * * * Bugcheck Analysis * * * ******************************************************************************* Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information. BugCheck 50, {ffffffffffffffd0, 1, fffff800030c60dd, 0} *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for pffilter.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for pffilter.sys Could not read faulting driver name Probably caused by : pffilter.sys ( pffilter+32df ) Followup: MachineOwner ---------
One very important thing .....
Using multiple real time antivirus program is harmful. You should uninstall one. Have I been in your place, I will keep Microsort Security Essentials and uninstall the other one, as I know that the other one is problematic.Code:Trend Micro Client Framework "c:\program files\trend micro\uniclient\uifrmwrk\uiwatchdog.exe" Public HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run MSC "c:\program files\microsoft security client\msseces.exe" -hide -runkey Public HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
