    OK, I have attached 3 screenshots detailing everything.

    Just going back to one of your post, the log was wiped by the company before they sent it back to me for whatever reason.

    They probably did it so if in the PC would come back in they will be able to distinguish when it last came in.

    Yeah I see.

    Although they cleared the event log; I can still see some information in the reliability monitor - namely that during the time the system as with them it produced several 0x116 BSOD's.

    But the explorer issue is a new one on me and has only occurred since I have had the system. So far it has only happened twice and I can't replicate it on demand - or even remember what I was doing each time.

    Well if it had happened once I would ignore it, but twice might be a warning sign.
    Let us know if the error or something similar to it starts happening.
