Also want to point out that model does not offer drivers for windows 7. It only is available with windows 8.
This confirms completely this is a non legit install.

It could theoretically be a downgrade - apart from the fact that the Key in use is the Dell OEM_SLP Key, rather than the proper one.

    Definite counterfeit.

    laptop comes as freedos.
installed windows 7 ultimate on it - i have the full license that i bought 1 year ago .

the drivers attached to the laptop disc are for win8 . I dont like win8 so I installed win7 64bit and used the drivers from the win8 disc. everything went well beside 2 drivers : smbus controller and universal usb controller , so i looked for them online and installed them.

i have software issue or hardware issue ?
    please help

You have a LEGAL issue - and until you sort that out, we cannot assist.
Your current license for Windows is ILLEGAL and COUNTERFEIT - and you must get legal before anyone here can assist.

The License type you have there can ONLY be activated legally on a Dell machine - which yours is not. It must therefore have been activated using a hacker's Activation Exploit. Such exploit frequently are accompanied by malware, and it's not worth our while attempting to fix it.
