    There are some mishaps from ESET's part.
    Code:
    BugCheck 101, {21, 0, fffff88002f65180, 2}

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for epfwwfp.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for epfwwfp.sys
    Probably caused by : Unknown_Image ( ANALYSIS_INCONCLUSIVE )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    Description here : Driver Reference Table - epfwwfp.sys

    Uninstall ESTE, at least as a test, to see how it is running without ESET. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

    Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

    Let us know the results.

    Hopefully it will work good for now.

    If not, report us back when the issue is there.

    Correcting my last post ... report us after a week or the occurrence of the next BSOD, whichever is earlier.

    Now it is clear I guess?
