Try these steps - BSODs but no Dump Files? - Sysnative Forums
I would also suggest downloading Autoruns, and then saving the output as .ARN file, and then placing the file into a zipped folder and upload to the forum.

Here is the autoruns file. I also followed the steps above in the website, didn't change anything as everything was already in place as instructed there. When the computer hangs i have to hold the power button until it shuts down or it just sits there, buzzing...
hi guys so the freezing thing happened, and so i just left it in hopes of a mini dump being generated or a kernel dump for that matter since that's what it's set to generate... well minidump it was so i have attached it.
Thank you so much for all the time you guys spend trying to help :)

Run the Small FFT's, Large FFT's and Blend Test for a few hours each. Do not let the temperature exceed 80*C.
Upon stopping the test, there should be a Prime95 log file created within the program folder.
Enable "Round off checking" before the test (see first post below tutorial).
Hey guys, sorry for the delayed update have been really busy!! So.... I ran the Prime test for ~ 2.5 hours for each of the 3 tests. It said it passed everything, and the max cpu temp recorded was ~83. I know that the cpu / gpu are not overheating, i initially thought that was the problem so i cleaned the fan and applied some AS5 and saw some really good temperature drops which was good but still the problem persists. I've also been playing around and the problem happens in 3 situations... When i'm watching youtube / netflix, when I open HWmonitor or CPUid or GPUZ or speccy, and when i'm listening to any type of music be it in wmp etc... I gamed for about 13 hours playing the whole SC2 campaign on ultra and not even a hiccup... then 3 hours later it froze on youtube... I went ahead and order a lenovo y410p since i figure it's time for an upgrade, and i found some additional income.. however I'd really like to figure this thing out :/
Check everything is connected properly, and how is your Internet connection?
So.... I did a clean reformat to factory settings... however i set it to not download any of the windows updates... I update only the nvidia drivers... and problem seems to have disappeared. I'm going to continue playing around with it and see if can cause a crash but system seems stable. Before just by opening HW monitor i could expect a crash, now it's opening nice and quick without a freeze
Leave it for a couple of days, and did your clean install come bundled with Service Pack 1? I know, most people now slipstream Service Pack 1 into their install image to save time.
hi guys so it did it again although it seems less frequent. also got a stop 0x9f. new laptop should be in by friday, thoughts on getting an extended warranty?
It's up to you, and could you please upload the new dump file; a Minidump will be suffice and can be found here:
Code:C:\Windows\Minidump
