I tool a look in bluescreen view and it talks about NDIS 6.20 Which i am to assume is the network card driver. as the marvell driver has ndis 6.,20 in the description.

so i am going to disabled the marvell in the bios and switch to nvidia one.

Well, it is going to be my last post here .... as I dont suggest the same thing repeatedly. Sorry, but I am occupied with a great number of threads all the times .... I need to concentrate on those issues which are even undetected.

Your issue is already detected, and being continued at your own. And as far as Kaspersky will be there, I dont see any chance of improvement.
    Code:
    fffff880`037fc638 fffff880`046278f3Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\klim6.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for klim6.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for klim6.sys
     klim6+0x18f3
And so we have something to blame for the repeated crash of Wacom HID Router Driver (if it is not a sole issue itself).
    Code:
    fffff880`037fd1b8 fffff880`08003b27Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\wachidrouter.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for wachidrouter.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for wachidrouter.sys
     wachidrouter+0x3b27
So I guess now you know everything. Decide what you need .... BSOD or utilization of money.....

    All the best :)
