Screen freeze randomly, No crash report. Must hard boot.

Just like the title says, my rig will be running fine and then just stop on whatever frame was last pushed to the monitor. No BSOD file is created and the only way to get back is to hard boot the system. Also, the last roughly quarter of a second of sound will loop quickly, almost creating a buzz. I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this please redirect me if it is. I'm running out of options here but this is a list of things i've done already.

    -Reseat memory
    -Memtest
    -Replace memory
    -Completely reinstall windows
    -run CHKDSK (few errors found)
-Reinstall windows on a different hard drive
    -remove sound card
    -remove video card
    -test for overheating (none found)
    -turn down overclock

None have had any effect. Since it's not actually shutting down the computer i can't think of a way to record any type of crash log. This has occurred when playing games, watching video online, editing video, installing programs and also when the computer is on a screensaver. However it went through an entire night running prime95 at a 4.4Ghz overclock with excellent temperatures (60C). Right now my rig is sitting without a video card or sound card, still having the same crash. Any suggestions for tests or diagnostics welcome.

Just ran the Sfc scan, seems to have possibly made the problem worse. It said it found something and would fix on the next boot. When i restarted the machine it stuck on a blackscreen for a few seconds and is now hung on the login screen. It didn't even make it to desktop. it's never happened this fast before. Going to do a hard boot to try and get back in.

Ok if you can get back and make any sense out of it try the other scans.

May sound odd but have you checked in the BIOS for date and time??

Got back in and ran the other 3 scans. All they turned up were cookies and a couple things i'd made sure to save before i reinstalled everything. I got rid of it all just to be safe. No crashes yet but i haven't done much. Will check the bios clock and report back with results.

Removed the intel audio driver and the nvidia audio driver. Only the soundcard driver now installed. No crashes since last report.
