Error 0101003 Keyboard no detected, stuck on startup/startup repair

Hi guys I was cleaning my laptop turned it on and it just wouldn't work so I turned it off and on again and it was giving me this error code saying my keyboard is not detected in start up. It then says there was a problem and shoots me to startup repair where it's just stuck not doing anything. My mouse and keyboard don't work, but I have a wireless mouse that I can use I can't access safe mode either because my keyboard doesn't work and I don't know if I can get a keyboard hooked up since my computer might not be able to recognize it. Sorry for the badly worded paragraph it's really late and I need to go to sleep. How can I solve this problem. Also startup time is really long ( usually 20 seconds) is now 5 min an doesn't even start up some times and I have no recovery disks or anything like that so im really confused what to do

Edit: A quick update, I started my computer in the morning and was not getting error 01010003, and my computer started perfectly fine however my keyboard still isn't working. I think it might be a driver problem, but I can't access Safe Mode... because my keyboard doesn't work. Is the only way of getting the key board to work getting a new keyboard and using that to diagnose the problem through safe mode or?

In this situation, you have to use another keyboard in order to test. I wish you will be luckier than me .... for me it turned out to be a motherboard failure My computer was working normally .... but no USB/PS2 ports were working.
