I agree, but I told you it is on the first page of the thread (not the OP)

When a simpler than the simplest thing that works for everybody but not for you, there is some severe issue.

And, if you cannot execute MSINFO32 file only, I doubt that you will not be able to do the other steps of the troubleshooting. Those are even harder.

You can try a Clean Install Windows 7.

Will hope your next reply will let us see that you have performed the suggested steps.
Sorry about that, I probably uninstalled it right after uploading that. As for the MSINFO32, you mentioned a .txt and a .nfo so i am unsure which you want, I have uploaded a .txt (I can reupload if you want), but every time I try to create a .nfo it is corrupt, perhaps you misunderstood me when I said:

only a .txt couldn't get the .nfo to work
I should have put a comma after ".txt" so maybe you read it wrong?

You just have to export it. File > Export. The extension will be detected by itself.

I wasn't talking about saving I was talking about what I said before, but any rate I guess you want me to reupload it so I'll do it in the morning as I'm running memttest now

Got it in the first page. That file will help us a lot to match with your issues.

The HD4 is an external HDD. Better you disconnect that one for the troubleshooting time.

You are getting stop 0x3B BSODs (one crash dump is giving wrong symbols, and one screenshot). It is mostly caused by Device Drivers (specially graphics drivers) and/or RAM.

As you are on memtest now, I am assuming that you already have done the uninstallations etc suggested earlier. I want to add two more things there in my suggestion.

First, you should use a WHQL display driver. Your driver says ....
    Code:
    Driver Version: 13.250.18.0
That means you are using AMD Catalyst 13.11 Beta 9.2(13.250.18.0 November 7) driver. Uninstall it following Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling and then install 13.9 WHQL only, from Latest AMD Catalyst Video Driver for Windows 7.

And, can you let Hamachi go, for the time being, for this reason?
    Code:
    Name LogMeIn Mirror Driver
    PNP Device ID ROOT\DISPLAY\0000
Adapter Type Not Available, LogMeIn, Inc. compatible
    Adapter Description LogMeIn Mirror Driver
    Adapter RAM Not Available
    Installed Drivers Not Available
    Driver Version 7.1.542.0
    INF File lmimirr.inf (lmimirr section)
    Color Planes Not Available
    Color Table Entries 4294967296
    Resolution 1920 x 1080 x 60 hertz
    Bits/Pixel 32
    Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\lmimirr.sys (2.50.0.596, 11.28 KB (11,552 bytes), 6/8/2012 12:05 PM)
It installs a display driver, which we will need to avoid right now.

As we have lack of data (no executable crash dump), we are trying to find the issue based on the bugcheck code, and so it is becoming lengthy

Hmm, I haven't plugged in (much less used) that HDD in ages.

The only reason I'm using the beta GFX drivers is because even when using the stable drivers I was getting BSOD so I tried installing the beta to see if it would help.

I'll go ahead and uninstall that now.

Well if you are talking about the minidump I uploaded one in the OP (not error 0x3B though as I find the error changes some times)

Unfortunately that crash dump is not giving any more information other than it is a stop 0x3B.

About the HDD ... from your event logs ....
    Code:
    Event[33681]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: Disk
      Date: 2013-09-03T08:24:55.044
      Event ID: 11
      Task: N/A
      Level: Error
      Opcode: N/A
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: Ryan-Desktop
      Description:
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk4\DR4.
You use the WHQL 13.4 display driver, which is stable itself. It never caused any issue on itself.

What is the result of the memtest?

Hmm, maybe I'll have to look into that HDD

I guess I'll roll back my GFX drivers just to be safe, you say I should install 13.4 or 13.9?

As for the memtest it came back without any errors

Good to know the results of the memtest.

As you have said that you had issues with 13.9 driver, better you try 13.4.
