    BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE ntoskrnl.exe +75bc0

This has come and gone for a long time. I ran a registry repair tool that seemed to fix it for about a month, but now it's back with a vengeance (4 BSODs today). Latest dump attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome, please follow the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions :) .

What I can take from the dump file is it's caused due to an Asus utility.

    Code:
    BugCheck 9F, {3, fffffa8006eeb060, fffff80000b9c518, fffffa800644cb80}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\AiCharger.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for AiCharger.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for AiCharger.sys
    Probably caused by : usbhub.sys
    Code:

    BUCKET_ID: X64_0x9F_3_AiCharger_IMAGE_usbhub.sys
    Code:

                Args: 00041100 00000001 00000001 00000002
Not only is the driver very old it's also known to cause BSODs with Windows 7.

    Code:
    lmvm AiCharger
    start end module name
    fffff880`0115a000 fffff880`0115be80 AiCharger T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: AiCharger.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\AiCharger.sys
        Image name: AiCharger.sys
        Timestamp: Wed May 05 11:37:36 2010

    Please remove any Asus Utility.

Thanks for the info! And crap! I use this utility to dramatically increase the charging of my iPhone when plugged into my PC. I will remove it and see what happens.

It happened again, after removing that utility. New zip attached using SF Diagnostic Tool.

Nope sorry it's exactly the same cause.

               \Driver\AiCharger
                Args: 00041100 00000001 00000001 00000002
     [ 16, 2] 0 e1 fffffa8006f3f480 00000000 00000000-00000000 pending
Use RevoUninstaller to remove the software.
