BSOD issues - driver or hardware issue?

Hi all, sorry for the vague title.

Getting bluescreens again. As far as I know the only changes I have made is adding a fan to my case, and installing a later graphics driver (Catalyst 13.11 beta 7). I have also got a new GPU but I've had this about a week now and only started seeing bluescreens yesterday. I rolled back to a few days earlier version of Windows restore, but I still have random blue screens.

Attached are my files. I hope I didn't knock or damage anything while adding the fan to my PC...

    Thanks!

Edit: PLEASE USE LATEST LOGS UPLOADED, not the old ones. Thanks.

I would recommend rolling back to a WHQL version of the driver, and did the problem occur after installing Windows 8.1? Are you still using the Preview version?

    WHQL
    Release Date: September 18th 2013
    Version: 13.9
    In Device Manager: 13.152

I've been running the actual Windows 8.1 since release and had no problems as far as I know.

I will roll it back to an older version (non-WHQL 13.11 beta 6) to see if the issue goes away as I was running this for about a week with no issues. If not, I will do what you suggested since it'll be a non-beta release.

I wouldn't bother going with older Beta versions, the latest WHQL version will be the Beta version without the bugs.

Right, I am actually getting rather fed up with these bluescreens that have reappeared frequently. I think it is whenever I have a second display connected of some kind.

I have reattached the latest logs in this post.

Could you have a look again for me please? Figured it would be best to stick to the same thread?

I am using AMD 13.12 WHQL drivers.

Edit: it never happens during games, it always seems to happen outside them.
