The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

And, a stop 0xF4 is storage functions related. So we need to see the storage environment mainly.

Get rid of intel rapid storage. First uninstall it from Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then Uninstall the driver from device manager.

    1. Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
    2. It will open the "computer management" window.
    3. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
    4. Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
    5. Select one Intel device item under it, right click, uninstall.
    6. Continue the process for all Intel items under "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"
    7. Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate native system driver.

You have two Intel SSDs. One is 240 GB and the other is 480 GB. Make it sure that both of them are running with the up-to-date firmware.
Intel® High Performance Solid-State Drive - Intel SSD firmware updates

Also, Acronis and similar programs often cause this issue. You need to uninstall Acronis,at least as a test.

And, as it is occurring at startup, Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

    Let us know the results.

    Hi Arc,

    Thanks for your quick reply.
Have done all that you advised including merging the .reg file for full dump.

Will report back of the issue crops up again with (hopefully) a full dump next time.

    Cheers,
    Marz

Am happy to report that on a cold startup where it would normally BSOD, the machine did not.
    A perfect restart was performed.
    Seems to be all good.
Will monitor the situation a few days then mark this thread as resolved if all good.
Thanks for all your prompt help Arc. Really appreciated it !
