    Hi PureDark. How old the AMD Radeon HD 5800 Series GPU is? How did it work with 13.4 WHQL?

    What I am seeing in the crash dumps, you need to replace the GPU; provided it did not work good even with 13.4 WHQL.

    Why? Let me establish the situation. The BSOD of 25/10 .... a VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE.
    Code:
    BugCheck 116, {fffffa8003b704e0, fffff88004368e5c, 0, 2}

    A Video TDR failure is a display related issue, occurred with the 13.9 WHQL installed.

    The BSOD of 05/11 .... a SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M.
    Code:

    This BSOD causes by failing display driver/GPU. It occurred with 13.11 BETA installed.

    So we are seeing the display failure irrespective of the driver version.

    Finally, the BSOD of 26/10 .... which is said to be an unknown bugcheck code.
    Code:
    BugCheck A0000001, {5, 0, 0, 0}

    Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+258fe )

    The oxA0000001 BSOD is said to be inherent in AMD display. The best suggestion for this one is to apply another version of display driver.

    So, my suggestions to you .....

    1. Download AMD Catalyst Un-install Utility. Uninstall the display driver installed. Then install the 13.4 WHQL. How it is working?
    2. Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
      Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

    Let us know the results. If either of these are negative, you have to replace the GPU.

    My GPU is an AMD Radeon HD 5850 and its almost 3 y.o.
    Before start those steps i have some questions about the procedure.

    1) I couldn't download the AMD Catalyst Un-install Utility from the link you provided so i followed this article from AMD.
    How-To Uninstall AMD Catalyst Drivers From A Windows Based System
    Inform me if i did something wrong.

    2) You mentioned 13.4 WHQL. It's this one, right? Previous AMD Catalyst? Display Drivers

    It seems that the Catalyst uninstall utility is revoked from the official website for some issues with Windows 8 OS. As you are using windows 7, you may use it. It uninstalls the driver entirely. Try this link.

    About 13.4 WHQL ... yes, it is the right one, first one of the list.
