BSOD Loop after installing HP printer drivers

So I recently had problems with installing windows, but i eventually was able to re-install it. I then decided to install all my drivers. I rebooted once so that the drivers their thing. After i rebooted everything was fine and i went and installed my printer driver, i have a HP DeskJet 3 in 1 printer, i have forgotten the actual name of the product, but anyway i followed all the instructions on the install wizard, and it started to install, but it kept 'Not Responding', so i decided to just end it and do it another time, it started the uninstall process and said that i need to reboot my computer for it to take full effect. So i did. The windows logo loaded fine, but then i got the BSOD, for a brief moment, then my computer rebooted again. This loop went on for about 4 times. After that i held down the power button to turn my computer off, and turned it back on again. The same thing happened, but instead of doing the loop thing my computer suggested the startup repair. I ran the startup repair but it couldn't solve the problem. I don't know what i should do next.

Then try to boot the computer up. If you cannot do it in the normal mode, try in safe mode, and post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.
